Kim developed the fast-flow system as a result of many years spent in transcription and related industries. "This system," she describes, "ensures accuracy and completion of jobs on a timely basis. It makes tight quality control routine and flags any job the moment it nears its deadline at each step of the process."
Despite the growth of the company, Kim still oversees operations on a daily basis and makes herself easily reachable for Written Communication's clients. She encourages clients to keep in touch with her.
Part of her philosophy is to keep transcribing here. It is her intention to never outsource work out of the United States like so many companies within this industry have chosen to do. Rather, she prefers to provide opportunities to individuals with physical disabilities. "There is no reason for them to be tax burdens when they are quite capable of working effectively," she says. "Working here enhances their self esteem. You won't find harder, more dedicated employees."
Kim is married and has one son. She lives in a quiet suburban community near Los Angeles.
